I'd heard this album several times before to a kind of passing interest. Randomly, I decided to play this again tonight and Sulphur Aeon just now clicked for some reason. Not sure why I never fully appreciated the fucking absolute beauty in those dual guitars & melodic changes but I'll be damned if it doesn't make me somewhat melt. Heroically grandiose in the absolute best possible way. Oh the years lost down the drain I could have been riding the sky with these monumental leads...
